Back to Network Marketing in April 2004 !

I was introduced to natural health in december 2003.

I attended a seminar in Mineapolis about treating neuro-psychiatric disorders with amino acids.
I was very impressed with the science, I wanted to help my patients who resisted medical therapy or who suffered from side effects of medications.

I start using amino-acids and the big surprise to me: Amino acids worked like Magic!

Amino-acids in the correct combination works better than expensive medications!
Amino-acids are safer than medications!
Amino-acids have no significant side effects!

My view to medical knowledge has changed significantly. I was lied to in medical school and residency!

I discovered obviously that my medical books are not reliable :(.

In March 2004, I was introduced by a local nurse to Mannatech company. She introduced me to what she called "glyco-nutritients" as the missing link! She obviously claimed that she can cure every disease on earth with her glyconutrients.

I joined Mannatech because I felt some of the science seems solid and I may be able to help my patients with immune challenges. I did not care about the network marketing part of Mannatech. Actually, my employer was not happy about it, he was not happy that the financial gain of those supplements is ridiculous.

I did not care myself about the compensation plan because I was not looking to make money, I was looking to offer help to my patients.

I was intrigued about the business , I asked my upline to explain to me about the business and she told me I will introduce you to a person from Des Moines he will explain it to you sometimes!

What an upline!

My upline tells me after I joined the company and got the products that the products has no guarantee on them!! and I have to tell my patients to keep taking them for at least 6 months!! She also gave me some dumb book that recommend huge amount of the products, multiple products for every disease which did not seems scientific to me!

I ended up not recommending the products to any of my patients because of the cost issues!

This time Network Marketing did not seem worth my effort and time 5% of the sale! yeah, right!

At that time I started getting interested in " Anti-aging Medicine"
