Personality types
People are different, what turn someone on is what turn off someone else. Therefore before prospecting, you need to build a relationship, figure out the personality types, then talk to them about the benefits of your business through their eyes!
People buy and join other people who they know, like and trust!
You need to learn to be a chameleon so you speak their language.
Yellow Personality: 35% of the population.
Those are the nicest people, caring people, give their time to help others, family oriented, team oriented. When you speak with a yellow personality, you will have to emphasize about the team, the time freedom to be with the kids, helping people with your amazing products.
Do not speak mostly about the money, do not hype them otherwise you will turn them off. They won't listen to you anymore, they will screen the calls,won't return your calls.
They are awesome people, they have built the largest network marketing organizations.
If you sponsor a yellow, then you need to teach them not to be very sensitive, and when someone say no, it is for their opportunity and has nothing against them.
Blue personality: 15% of the population
"BLues" are open and direct, they are about fun, very creative. If you are prospecting them skeap with them about the fun that you have doing the business, the trips that the company offer as a bonus. They hate details, never send them a long E-mail and talk with them about details, you will lose them. They will delete your E-mail , will refuse to answer your calls.
If you sponsor a blue , you need to teach them to focus, teach them to set an auto-reponder . Teach them how to retail products and make money immediately. Those people are inpatient, if they don't get satisfaction, they are gone. They jump to another opportunity.
Green personality: 35% of the population
Those are the detailed oriented people, number crunchers. If you are trying to prospect them, you need to speak slowly with them, do not send them to check flushy, crazy presentation. You need to send them every small details about your company. When you send them an E-mail, do not send them the fun stuff that you do, send them every small details about your product and the science behind it. Make sure you send them those policies and procedure.Do not try to close them or sell them. Leave them alone for 2 weeks before you follow-up otherwise they will not answer you, you wil lturn them off.
Greens are awesome people to get in your business, when they join, they never quit. You need to teach them to take action, they have the problems of paralysis analysis.

Red Personality: 15% of the population.
Those are the hard kick butt people. Those are usually the lawyers, the CEO fo the companies. They are about the money, the money. When you prospect those people you need to challenge them, stroke their ego, sell them, close them. Do not waste their time with what they think is "B.S.", do not tell them about the fun you are having, and the amazing products that change lives and your family values.
When you get a red , the problem those people are usually non coachable. You may want them in your business because they may connect you with many people.
You have to beware that your upline is not a red.
If your upline is a red, beware. If they decide to jump to another opportunity, they will make sure they will destroy your downline and your business.
